What we deliver

Survey deliverables that open right in your tools.

Every deliverable is formatted for the software you already use. No conversion steps, no proprietary viewers — just data you can act on immediately.

3D Survey Models

Stakeholder communication, progress reporting, volume estimation

We fly your site and process the imagery into a dense photogrammetric mesh using professional-grade software. The result is a textured, dimensionally accurate 3D model you can explore in any modern browser — no plugins or software licenses required.

  • B3DM / 3D Tiles format — streams directly in the browser
  • Real-world coordinates (WGS84, RTK-corrected)
  • Centimeter-level ground accuracy with RTK
  • Viewable on desktop and mobile

Orthomosaics

Site planning, GIS analysis, quantity take-off, stakeholder maps

A georeferenced aerial map stitched from hundreds of overlapping images. Every pixel has a real-world coordinate, so you can measure distances and areas directly in GIS or CAD software.

  • GeoTIFF format — imports into ArcGIS, QGIS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and more
  • Full flight-area coverage at centimeter GSD (ground sample distance)
  • Coordinate system of your choice (State Plane, WGS84, etc.)
  • Digital Surface Model (DSM) and DTM available on request

Aerial Photography

Marketing, construction documentation, site assessment

High-resolution stills and curated image sets captured from altitude. Useful for marketing materials, progress documentation, insurance assessments, and before/after comparisons.

  • RAW + edited JPEG delivery
  • Multiple altitude and angle passes
  • Quick turnaround — typically delivered within 24–48 hours
  • Optional video (contact us for details)

CAD-Ready Artifacts

Direct import into AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other drafting tools

Survey-derived files formatted for the drafting workflow: planimetric lines, contour data, and surface models exported in formats your CAD team can open without conversion steps.

  • DXF / DWG export from the survey mesh
  • Contour lines at specified intervals
  • Building footprints and hardscape linework
  • Compatible with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and more

Progress Monitoring

Construction tracking, earthwork verification, stakeholder updates

We fly the same site on a regular cadence — weekly, bi-weekly, or per milestone — so you can compare exactly what changed between flights. All scans align in absolute space (RTK), so movement between dates reflects real change, not GPS drift.

  • Consistent flight plan and altitude each visit
  • RTK-aligned coordinates across all dates — no artificial drift
  • Date-by-date comparison in the browser viewer
  • Ideal for construction, land development, and earthwork projects
